Step 01 Go to the aness website, click [Login] in the upper right corner, and log in with your assigned account.
Step 02 Click [anessNote] at the top of the homepage.
Step 03 When the screen below appears, click [Real-time Interpretation] on the right.
Step 04 Next, click [Sequential Interpretation] on the left.
Step 05 Select the two languages to be used in the conversation, then click [Complete Selection] at the bottom.
Step 06 Click the activated [Start] button at the bottom.
Step 07 When the [mic icon] appears at the bottom and the message "Speak now" is displayed, begin your conversation.
Step 08 The spoken language is automatically detected, and both the original text and the interpreted text are displayed on screen.
Step 09 Click [Pause] at the bottom left to temporarily pause the interpretation.
Step 10 Click the [Start] button (now showing) again to resume interpretation.
Step 11 To end the session, click [Exit] at the bottom right.
Step 12 When the pop-up below appears:
- Clicking [Exit] will automatically save the interpretation records(original/translated) to your current PC/laptop.
- Clicking [Send via Email] will let you send the interpretation records(original/translated) as an Excel file via email.
