Step 01 In anessNote, click the [Video Call Interpretation].
Step 02 Select the two languages to be used in the conversation, then click [Complete Selection] at the bottom.
Step 03 After entering the online meeting participation URL link (https://..), press the [Invite AI Interpreter] button.
Step 04 Then, the anessNote bot will be invited to the online meeting room and will translate all subsequent conversations and display them in the chat window.
Step 05 The translated text will be displayed on the anessNote screen. To ensure the meeting records are successfully transferred to the aness Dashboard, you must click the [Leave] button at the top right of the screen.
If the other party’s voice during the ZOOM meeting is not being picked up by anessNote, right-click the speaker icon at the bottom right of your screen, then click [Sound Settings].
In Sound Settings, go to, [Input] section and select [Choose a device for speaking or recording], select [Stereo Mix].
