During simultaneous interpretation, click [Open Interpretation Text Window] to view the interpretations.

① Font Size Adjustment

Click [+] to increase the font size of the interpretation text, or [-] to decrease it.

② Screen Tone Mode

"Dark Mode" provides a dark tone environment with a gray background, while "Light Mode" provides a bright tone environment with a white background.

③ Speaker Distinction

When "Speaker Distinction" is enabled, utterances are separated into speech bubbles based on voice recognition. When "Speaker Distinction" is disabled, utterances appear in paragraph form.

Setting Recommendations

  • Speaker Distinction: Useful when there are two or more speakers, as you can distinguish utterances from different speakers.

  • Speaker Non-distinction: Allows you to understand the content comfortably, like reading a book.

Scan the [Other Language Interpretations] QR code with your smartphone. You can then select and view the interpretations in the languages you selected as "QR Broadcast Languages" during the language selection stage.

① Select Interpretation Language

Select and click the language you want to view from the language list to the right of "Search". The list only shows languages that were designated as "QR Broadcast Languages" during the language selection stage.

② Font Size Adjustment

Click [+] at the bottom center to increase the font size of the interpretation text, or [-] to decrease it.

③ Save Interpretation as Excel File

Click [Save Translation as Excel File] at the bottom left to save the utterances and interpretations as an Excel file. Note: The "timestamp" time is displayed in UTC.

1. Click [Clear All Content] on the right.

2. A pop-up window will ask for confirmation to clear the screen. Click [Clear].

3. All utterances and interpretations will disappear from the screen.

When is this useful?

• When a speaker changes at a seminar or exhibition

• When group presentations change during a classroom activity

By clearing previous utterances and pausing, then resuming, you can reorganize the screen without closing the interpretation window and start fresh.

1. Click [Direct Input] on the right.

2. An input field will appear at the bottom. Enter the text you want to interpret and click [Send].

3. The content will appear in both the utterance and interpretation boxes.

When is this useful?

When using words with difficult pronunciation or rare terminology, you can input the text to ensure more accurate recognition.
