Step 01 Visit the aness homepage, click [Sign In] in the top right corner, and log in.
Step 02 Click [anessNote] at the top of the homepage.
Step 03 Click [Real-time Interpretation] in the center.
Step 04 Click [Simultaneous Interpretation] on the right.
Step 05 Select the speaker's speech language and interpretation language, then click [Selection Complete] at the bottom.
Step 06 If you need to broadcast multilingual interpretations to the audience's personal devices, click [Yes] in the QR Additional Language Settings pop-up. (If not needed, proceed to step 9)
Step 07 Select all the interpretation languages to be broadcast. After clicking [Complete] at the bottom right, the selected languages will appear in yellow in the 'Screen Interpretation Language' box on the right. Click [Complete Selection] at the bottom at the bottom to finalize your settings
Step 08 Click [Start] at the bottom left.
Step 09 When the icon at the bottom center changes to a microphone shape, start your presentation.
Step 10 You can view the interpretations by clicking [Open Translation] on the right.
Step 11 Click [Pause] at the bottom left to pause the interpretation. The button will change to [Start].
Step 12 Click [Start] to resume the interpretation.
Step 13 To exit, click [Exit] at the bottom right.
Step 14 A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click [Exit] to end the session; you can review the results in the aness Dashboard. Click [Cancel] to continue the interpretation.
